Trashy Original Designs are Hand Sewn in Los Angeles. Please allow 1-3 weeks
for shipping & handling.
Bargains items can take up to 1-4 buisness days. All orders cancelled after the credit card has been processed will be
charged a 5% cancellation fee. Credit Cards are processed within 24 hours of
the order being placed.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation, which
is usually a 3-5 day service to anywhere in the USA. Shipping time chosen
does not affect the processing time.
Orders are shipped with USPS Signature Confirmation. This service provides a
tracking number that will provide you with delivery information only. This
can be followed from our Tracking Page. Once your order ships you will
recieve an email with your tracking information which you can track at
www.USPS.com. This service also allows us to obtain a copy of the actual
signature should that need arise. The tracking number will allow you to
view:
When the parcel has arrived at your local post office
If a delivery attempt was made and if a notice was left
When & where it was delivered
Who signed for it

Delivery:
Signature Confirmation requires that the parcel be signed for when it
arrives and means it will not be left at your doorstep. This is for added
security and accountability. The parcel will arrive with your regular mail.
If no one is home to sign for the package a notice will be left instructing
the addressee to come to the post office to claim it. Unclaimed parcels will
be held by the USPS until they are returned to sender.

Package Appearance:
Parcels are sent discreetly using USPS Priority Mail cartons. A plain return
address label is used which reads TL.com, 2000 S. Main St. Los Angeles, CA
90007. There is no reference to Trashy.com or Trashy Lingerie on the
exterior of the parcel.
What is the difference between Express and Priority shipping?
Priority shipping is sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority
Mail. Express shipping is sent via USPS Express Mail. Please note: By
choosing Express Delivery, only the delivery time is expedited, not the
production time of the garments. All Express orders for regular,
non-bargain, still require 2-4 weeks for production. Priority shipping can
take between 3-5 Business days and Express can take between 1-2 business
days.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we gladly accept International orders (including the Virgin Islands and
Canada). Shipping charges for all International orders are an additional $30
on top of our regular shipping charges and all orders are sent via USPS
Global Express Mail.
Are taxes and duties included on International orders?
Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to import charges and
taxes which Trashy.com has no control over and are the responsibility of the
purchaser.
How do you determine shipping charges?
Shipping charges are based on the subtotal of your order. For more
